Cancellation Policy 

Please note that all snow event packages must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the event, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. Alternatively, you can reschedule your event at no additional cost for any future date, subject to availability, either for the same package or another package of equivalent value.
