Our Payment Policy:

Due to the high volume of booking requests in our busy seasons we require a full payment to reserve your booking!

​

When booking LARGE OR PUBLIC EVENTS we require a 50% deposit to reserve your booking. This is non-refundable. Your booking must be paid in full two weeks prior to your event. We will send reminders to help you!

​

If your event is less than two weeks away - you must pay your invoice in full to reserve that time slot.

​

All parties booked after 10pm will include a $50 after hours fee.

All events over 40 miles will include a travel fee.

Our Cancellation Policy:

​

Booking a Foam Party requires us as a business to hold and block off a specific calendar date and time that prevents other customers from being able to book this time block. Due to this reason we offer a 50% refund of your total booking when cancelled 2 weeks before the scheduled date. Any cancellations after that will not be eligible for a refund but may reschedule at a later date at no additional cost. Please be aware of this policy when booking less than the 2 weeks out. Disclaimer Fall Foam Fest is a community-funded event made possible by vendor and sponsor contributions. All vendor and sponsor payments are final and non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather, we will try to proceed or reschedule to allow the continuance of the event.
